About Us

We are a newly established organization driven by a commitment to support refugees and asylum seekers. Our team, led by Leony and Robert, is actively engaging with the University of Indonesia, NGOs, and academic experts to shape our initiatives and ensure their impact. Our goals include creating a robust network for refugee advocacy, developing an informative and interactive website, and designing a mobile app to assist refugees in managing their information and accessing resources. We are also preparing detailed proposals for funding and are committed to fostering a collaborative environment for all stakeholders involved in refugee issues

Our immediate tasks involve creating a strong foundation for our organization, including building our website, developing a database prototype, and reaching out to potential partners. We are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of refugees and asylum seekers through innovative solutions and steadfast advocacy

About the Team

Leony

Leony is working for both the Universitas Indonesia and the Institute of Human Rights and Peace Studies at Mahidol in Bangkok, Thailand. She found out it’s not enough to just research about refugees and migrants but also to help them

Robert

Robert is from Germany and lives for 10 years in asia. Coming from an IT background, he saw the need for digital, international solutions. Especially given that most refugees and migrants are equipped with a phone, which makes it easier to remain in contact and get updates about their issues and status
